ROBERTS & MORROW PRIVACY POLICY
Introduction
What follows is the privacy policy of Roberts & Morrow (ABN 32 164 318 016) and its related entities (“Related Entities”) regarding their businesses. It outlines how Roberts & Morrow handles personal information and complies with the requirements of the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”). The policy relates to our collection and handling of personal information covered by the Privacy Act. It does not cover categories of personal information that are not covered by the Privacy Act.
Collection of personal information
Roberts & Morrow collects personal information from clients, customers, employees, contractors and others when it is necessary for its business.
The principal personal information collected relates to the organisational roles of our clients, suppliers and other business contacts and their contact details. Usually this information includes names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and job titles. Also we may collect more detailed personal information to enable us to undertake work on your behalf
Most information is collected directly from clients when we deal with them. The information collected may be provided in forms filled out by individuals, meetings, email communications, telephone discussions or from third parties. When you contact us usually we will keep a record of that contact.
Use of personal information
The main purposes in collecting personal information are:

Employee records are not generally subject to the Privacy Act and therefore this policy may not apply to the handling of information about employees by Roberts & Morrow. For information about our practices relating to employee information, please contact us directly.
Disclosure of personal information
Roberts & Morrow does not disclose personal information to other organisations unless:

• use or disclosure is permitted by this policy;
• you give your consent which you may not unreasonably without. When we request your consent no reply will be considered to be your consent.

We use a range of service providers to help us ensure the quality and efficiency of our services and our business Therefore individuals and organisations outside of our organisation may have access to personal information held by Roberts & Morrow and may collect or use it for or on behalf of Roberts & Morrow. This may include, but is not limited to, independent contractors and consultants, travel service providers, mail houses, off-site security storage providers, website hosts, electronic database managers, event managers, credit managers and debt collecting agencies. Our service providers must adhere to our privacy guidelines and not to retain or use this information for any purpose unauthorised by Roberts & Morrow.
Transfer of information Between Offices
Roberts & Morrow has offices in a number of regional centres within New South Wales.
